At Functional Strength & Conditioning (FSC), innovation and results go hand-in-hand. I had the opportunity to help showcase their newest program — the 12-Week Conjugate Training System — through a dynamic film project.

We filmed the campaign at owner Hayden’s personal home gym, capturing an authentic and raw look into the training philosophy behind the program. To bring the story to life, we combined a voiceover — where Hayden explained the benefits and structure of the system — with a high-energy montage of real training moments.

The focus was clear: create a video that not only highlighted the technical side of the program, but also the passion, intensity, and effectiveness that FSC is known for.
